About this work: Believing creativity thrives on the border between control and chaos, many of my paintings embody this delicate interplay. The brown hue in this painting incorporates polyester and oil dust, remnants from sanding down another painting. Scattered unpredictably on the left side, it settles in the epoxy beyond my control. On the other half, a printed photo of luggage straps seems casually placed, yet carefully lined up. The wooden frame in the background stabilizes the image, providing a contrast to the fluid elements within.
