About this work: Epoxy and fiberglass meld into transparency, revealing a visual wooden frame in the background that structures the image. During the process of making this picture, air bubbles naturally emerge beyond my control. I fill them with polyester and oil putty. The incorporation of dried flowers introduces a contrast between synthetic and organic elements. The frame acts as a stabilizing contrast to the lack of structure in the flowers and air bubbles, enriching the painting's narrative.
