About this work: The relationship between the artist and their work has long fascinated me. Is it essential for the artist to be personalized in their creations? Can one opt out of the personal, or is any opt-out inherently personal? The showcased work consists of individual boxes designed to hang on a wall either horizontally or vertically. The concept invites viewers to take any number of boxes, arranging them in their own way to create a new and independent work of art.
